This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and doesn’t load anything from other companies. Like every website, our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security, for a short time.

Our apps

Each app has its own privacy policy, which explains exactly what it does and doesn’t collect:

• Lord Guide Me: lordguideme.org/privacy. The app collects no personal data at all.
• ALTIO: a privacy policy will be published here before the app is released.

If you email us

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We don’t add you to any mailing list or share your message with anyone.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. In practice we hold very little: usually only emails you have sent us. Email hello@harbourward.com and we’ll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
